Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change as Summer nears and we want to do our best to accommodate you and your camper. Our refund policy is outlined below.
If you need to make changes prior to May 1st:
You may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge as along as there is space available and your child has completed the prerequisites.
You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they have completed the prerequisites.
You may receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per session cancelled.
If you need to make changes between May 1 - June 1:
You may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge as along as there is space available and your child has completed the prerequisites.
You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they have completed the prerequisites.
You may receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $95 per session cancelled.
If you need to make changes after June 1:
If there is a waitlist for the camp you are cancelling and we can fill your spot, you may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge (as along as there is space available and your child has completed the prerequisites).
You may transfer your camp session to a friend or sibling if they have completed the prerequisites.
No refunds are given.
After camp begins, camp fees are not refunded or prorated for days missed due to illness, Covid exposure, injury, or non-attendance.
Should your camper miss out on a partial week due to sickness, we will do our very best to make sure they get time to finish their projects at a later time.
