We’re so excited to debut this new introductory crochet class! Amigurumi is the art of crocheting small plushies using yarn and a hook.

Unlike the granny square, which uses many stitches to create a 2D form, amigurumi focuses on a single stitch and is used to create 3D forms, which can be stuffed and turned into plushies.

In this class, we will teach you the chain stitch and single crochet stitch, then show you how to follow a pattern. We’ll start with this super cute lemon plushie!

Once you know the basics, you can make all kinds of more complex amigurumi.
