Prerequisite: Level 1W and Level 1K ,and a sewing machine at home
If you do not have a machine, please talk to us about renting one.
MATERIALS
We’ll provide all the pre-cut fabric and trim for your projects.
Please check and make sure that you have the following supplies at home:
Seam ripper
Pins
Ruler
Hand sewing needle
Thread
If you’re missing any of these tools, let us know and we’ll add them to your fabric kit.
CAMP DETAILS
Put your sewing skills to good use by expanding your wardrobe! You’ll make a stylish knit dress with a halter top and decorative buttons on the back, learning how to sew a drawstring waistband in the process.
Choose from tons of cute prints to make your outfit really reflect your style in the morning section of this camp.
In the afternoon, you’ll design and make original clothes for your 18” doll! We have patterns for skirts, tops, pants, shorts, pajamas and dresses that you can create as you learn to do the running stitch and whip stitch. Keep the fun going at home with your new skills.
