Prerequisite: Level 1W, a sewing machine at home, and an adult to supervise
If you do not have a machine, please talk to us about renting one.
MATERIALS
We’ll provide all the pre-cut fabric and trim for your sewing project, as well as the following for your drawing class:
Kneaded Eraser
Set of 8 markers in basic colors
Thin black pen for outlining
Please check and make sure that you have the following supplies at home:
Seam ripper
Pins
Ruler
If you’re missing any of these tools, let us know and we’ll add them to your fabric kit.
CAMP DETAILS
In the morning, make yourself a cute new pair of PJ pants as you learn to use a simple pattern, make an elastic waistband, and hem. Then add some squishy pillows to the mix and you’re set for your next sleepover! Pillow choices are cuddle drop, fashion girl, heart, cat, or create your own. Make as many as time allows in the morning class.
In the afternoon, learn how to draw your own original anime girls in fashion outfits!
Even if you took this camp last summer, we have great new stuff! We won't just use templates, but learn to draw our own great Anime face, legs and feet in lots of different shoe styles and hands in different positions.
You will learn to draw a fox/girl and kitty/girl complete with fuzzy ears, paws, and tail, wearing a cute outfit designed by you. You will also create your own character!
Learn how to draw shiny boots, swirly short skirts, big anime eyes and of course fabulous hairstyles colored with markers and glitter gel pens for things that sparkle!
This is going to be so much fun!
